1. Third-Party Suppliers & Courier Services
While we carefully select reliable suppliers and courier partners to support your business branding efforts, EmbroPrintPro cannot be held responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services
- Supply shortages or production delays from external garment manufacturers
- Damage occurring during transit once goods have been dispatched
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the client
We will assist in resolving courier-related issues where reasonably possible.
2. Customer-Provided Artwork & Files
All artwork submitted by clients for custom embroidery projects is produced exactly as approved. EmbroPrintPro cannot accept responsibility for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors in submitted designs
- Low-resolution or poor-quality image files
- Incorrect colour formats (RGB/CMYK mismatches)
- Font issues where outlines have not been converted
- Layout errors present in client-supplied files
Clients are fully responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before confirming production.
3. Colour & Production Variations
Please note:
- Minor colour differences may occur between screen previews and final printed or embroidered promotional products.
- Slight variations between garment batches may occur depending on manufacturer supply.
- Exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
These variations are considered standard within the textile and print industry.
4. Artwork Approval & Production Confirmation
Production begins only after client approval of the final artwork or proof.
Once approved:
- The order is considered confirmed
- Any errors within the approved artwork become the client’s responsibility
- Amendments may result in additional charges
- Production timelines begin from the moment of approval
5. Deposits & Payment Terms
For custom orders, EmbroPrintPro may require a deposit before production begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Full payment must be completed before goods are released or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership of goods remains with EmbroPrintPro until full payment is received.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the order.
6. Order Cancellation
Due to the custom nature of embroidered and printed garments:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- If cancellation is requested after artwork approval but before production, administrative and design fees may apply.
- Customised garments are non-returnable and non-resaleable.
Each cancellation request is reviewed individually at EmbroPrintPro’s discretion.
7. Returns & Claims
As products are custom-made to client specifications:
- Returns are accepted only in cases of confirmed production faults.
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- Items must not be worn, washed or altered prior to inspection.
EmbroPrintPro reserves the right to inspect and verify any claim before issuing a replacement or resolution.
